I don't know why - it didn't seem to hold my interest so much that I couldn't put it down. I easily found other things to do to distract me from this book. But I finally resolved to finish it during the car rides this holiday weekend. And once I was 85% done - well, I just had to see it through.
Galt & Lizzie didn't seem to have chemistry. Not enough, anyway. I know that the whole story couldn't be revealed all at once so soon - but the little bits & pieces throughout the story didn't seem to make sense and so were just frustrating.
Wasn't too bad, however, at times I felt it dragged out a bit too long without really going anywhere. I also felt the dialogue and actions of the main characters to be repetitive.
