Written for both beginners and experienced bread machine users, this book shows you how to make both basic and artisan sourdough loaves you'll be proud to serve to your family and friends. Advice on starting and caring for sourdough starters, choosing a bread machine if you don't already have one, the ingredients used in sourdough baking, and a list of sources of sourdough baking supplies, are all included. If you've ever wanted to try your hand at making sourdough bread, but have to rely on a bread machine because of space or physical limitations, this book is for you!
Not bad e book. But it has US cup measures and would be better with metric gram measures. No pictures anywhere and sometimes vague. You buy a book for advice and the author then leaves you on your own! Also , in my opinion , you use starter instead of the yeast when making the bread.
