Volume verses Weight measures.

Not bad e book. But it has US cup measures and would be better with metric gram measures. No pictures anywhere and sometimes vague. You buy a book for advice and the author then leaves you on your own! Also , in my opinion , you use starter instead of the yeast when making the bread.

Where are the recipes?

I purchased this book expecting a collection of bread machine recipes to accompany the information. I was disappointed with the lack of recipes.t
