I will definitely say, this did pretty well with the narrative. Especially the concerns of my favourite character Asami, which were only hinted at or touched on briefly in the series. It also addressed some of the political themes that the series couldn’t quite touch on due to the limited run time. In fact, there were quite a few scenes that felt more full in written form. That said, I still absolutely love the show and this second of the two novelizations reminded me even more why I love “The Legend of Korra”.

This is definitely targeted for a younger reader. I was curious as I am a big fan of Avatar. The politics and the fights were well written.
