I bought an Omega juicer and this book in the Black Friday sales and I am loving both. I drink a glass of fresh juice daily and I am loving these recipes...so yummy. Mango tango and carrot-orange-ginger are delicious. There are lots of clean green juices included also. I do have so much more energy these days and I am pretty sure this addition has been beneficial to my overall health and well-being.

Being a total noob, I wasn’t sure what to make of juicing. This book really is for beginners and it is well written, explaining the pros of juicing, down to general ideas on machine purchases.
There looks to be some good recipes in here. The sections really do a good job of dividing the different flavors/times of juicing and the book even gives advice on fasting with juicing and what to look for in side affects if one chooses to lose weight using juicing.
All you have to do is choose a juicing recipe that's suitable for you and your family to start the journey to weight loss. Simple and easy book to read if you want to start adding fruits and vegetables to your diet.
