Takeshi Kitano is a famed Japanese director/actor/novelist, and in this non-fictional articles collection, I'm impressed by his brutally honest insight and criticism on the Japanese pop culture and social system.

PS: surprisingly, Mr. Kitano's late mother had nothing good to say about the showbiz and anything related with culture. :)
