“because women evolved as nurturers, their speech and language are designed to avoid confrontation and to build relationships. they are also capable of multi-tracking, so can weave many threads into a conversation. this means that women tend to use more words than men to make a point, will hint at what they want, rather than saying it directly and can talk about several things at once.”sorry, that’s the sound of me guffawing while dying of pained laughter. also, i’m afraid my degree in psychology is worth shit, apparently, because i have no idea what this ‘multi-tracking’ is all about.
