“I do believe my life has no limits, and I want you to feel the same way about your life, no matter what your challenges may be.” --Nick Vujicic
You Can’t Control What Happens to You… But You Can Control How You Will Respond!
As a teenager Nick Vujicic wondered how he ever could have a "normal life." Born without arms and legs, Nick questioned how he would finish school, find a job, enjoy relationships, and not be a burden to others. He even contemplated suicide before realizing that his challenges did not need to limit his life.
In Your Life Without Limits , Nick tells why circumstances should not rule your life and how to grab hold of the hope that changes everything for the better.

Nicholas James Vujicic (Serbian: Николас Џејмс Вујичић, Nikolas Džejms Vujičić) is a Serbian Australian evangelist and motivational speaker born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterised by the absence of all four limbs. As a child, he struggled mentally and emotionally as well as physically, but eventually came to terms with his disability and, at the age of seventeen, started his own non-profit organisation, Life Without Limbs. Vujicic presents motivational speeches worldwide, on life with a disability, hope and finding meaning in life. He also speaks about his belief that God can use any willing heart to do his work and that God is big enough to overcome any and all disabilities.
A very short book by Nick Vujicic where he talked about how he used to be very depressed and suicidal, but eventually leading a purposeful and fulfilling life thanks to his caring family (and his appreciation for them), his faith in God and his optimism. He talked about how he remained optimistic with his disability even when nobody could give an explanation and bionic limbs didn't work out for him.
I applaud his parents for showering him with unconditional love and training him to believe that he is just as normal as other kids. This must have contributed to him growing up to become a loving and selfless person, and eventually an inspiration to the masses. Besides being a self-empowerment book, Nick's books can also serve parenting lessons.
I gave it 3 stars because of the length, and that I didn't see how he made the point of "your life without limits" as the title suggests. More of a personal account to share his story.
If you are looking for a short but sweet book that is inspiring then look no further than Your Life Without Limits. Born without limbs, Nick Vujicic is an awe inspiring person who instead of getting made and blaming God for his lot in life – he chose to live a life to the glory of his Creator. There were a couple of quotes that really jumped out at me;
“Whatever challenge you are facing, you are blessed in way that will help you find a path through it.”
“The sword is the Bible. You also hold up the shield of faith to defend yourself.”
Nick is honest, he doesn’t always have good days and some days are just downright depressing, however he also knows that the Lord is there as are his friend’s and family who can lift him up. As Christians we aren’t promised a life of ease and we aren’t promised only joy filled days – and as such some times new Christians can become jaded as to their lot in life one hardship after another. Nick relies on the Lord and the Bible to help him fight the lies that Satan tries to get him and all of us Christians believing but his book aims to help you rise above that and get back to where Christ wants you.
I expected more out of this book – I was thinking it was going to be a slow and long hike through a pity party, but it wasn’t. At first I found myself thinking wow – he’s got it bad, no limbs but then as I kept reading he doesn’t want pity, God put him here for a purpose. He wants to share that message with those who are hurting, but he also knows we can’t do it on our own, we must enlist the help of our Lord and those who love us.

This booklet provides a brief glimpse into the struggles and hope of Nick Vujicic, a man born without arms or legs. Your Life Without Limits is a companion work to Vujicic's book Life Without Limits. Themes of encouragement, faith, and hope are evident throughout this booklet. Written with a conversational tone, readers feel as though Vujicic is speaking directly to them.
His story is one that inspires people to overcome whatever challenges they may face and thrive in the lives God gave them. By sharing some of his experiences, thoughts, and beliefs, Vujicic helps readers put their challenges in perspective and learn to look outside of themselves for the hope to lead good, fulfilling lives. The simple fact that he has overcome great obstacles and thrives as a speaker and author is enough to encourage people.
Vujicic speaks directly to readers at times, giving the feeling that he is speaking to friends rather than strangers. He offers ways of coping with feelings of hopelessness, as well as giving readers suggestions for how to help themselves by helping others. By the end of the booklet, readers come away with the knowledge that hope is a mainstay in Vujicic's life and that hope enables people to overcome whatever obstacles may appear in their lives.
If you're questioning God's purpose for your life or feeling overwhelmed by the challenges in your life, or you just want to read an uplifting story, I highly recommend Your Life Without Limits.

Based on the book "Life without limits" by Nick Vujicic, this shorter version is focused on how we can life our lives without limits that we place on ourselves. And Nick Vujicic is certainly the person who can testify to living life to the full despite the circumstances!
Born in Australia without any limbs, he struggled to understand why God would create him this way and prayed as a child for his legs and arms to grow back so he could be normal. But now he is starting to see some of God's plan for his life as he shares with people all over the world about how with hope for a future beyond this life we can life now despite any difficult circumstance.
The theme of this book is hope, and living our lives in hope. Here is my favourite quote and it sums up the book for me: "What is hope? It is where dreams begin. It is the voice of your purpose. It speaks to you and reassures you that whatever happens to you doesn't live withing you. You may not control what happens to you, but you can control how you respond."
Nick shares stories from his life and how he responded, and shows us how we can live without limits, through faith in Jesus, and believe in a future hope. I was first inspired by Nick Vujicic when I saw a video of him on youtube and it really impacted me then. And this book is just an extension of that video. If you want a good quick challenging and inspiring read, then this book is for you. I was just surprised that it was this short, so that is why my rating is low.

Your life without Limits is a short 65 page booklet written by Nick Vujicic. Born without arms and legs, Vujicic writes to inspire hope in the lives of others despite overwhelming hardships. Christianity is prevalent throughout the piece, in which we are told to trust in God during difficult times. In the booklet, Vujicic encourages readers to make the most out of our lives and not give in to our troubles.
Among my favorite passages is Vujicic's advice to reach out to others when we need help. He tells us that we are not alone and that "defeat happens only to those who refuse to try again." While the message may at times seem repetitive, Vujicic provides great examples of inspiration throughout the work.
It is important to note that this booklet is a companion to Vuijicic's previous work, Life Without Limits. If you would like to check out this booklet, an excerpt of the first chapter is available at http://www.scribd.com/doc/84515063/Yo....
I picked up this booklet at the checkout stand at the Veteran's Hospital. It doesn't take much to be grateful for in walking up and down the halls of the ward where I've been an inpatient for cancer. And then I met a man who had no legs from a war injury who wouldn't want what I have. Seeing Nick's story helped me get things back in perspective. I've struggled to stay positive in my own illness and having someone with no limbs be as positive as he is was a tremendous help. Moreover, he is realistic - we all have good days and bad days - and that is ok! It was a quick read and with chemo and my strength being sapped with the cancer, my attention span drops off, so this was a good length.
I will say for someone who is not religiously inclined, you'll have to push past certain passages that are clearly Christian. The majority of the text is simply motivational and it comes down to this: we don't choose what happens to us, but we do choose how we react. I'm with Nick: we have to have hope and we have to be positive. Realistic? yes, but positive and hopeful nonetheless.
This booklet is encouraging, but since it is short, it doesn't delve into things in depth. It also seems to offer hope without God, though the author says he takes hope from God, as a Christian. But is there any true, lasting hope without God? Perhaps the author is not saying there is, but it struck me in the wrong way. Also cites secular people as heroes, which is not ideal. But there are some bits of wisdom, as he focuses on having hope even in difficult situations, and knowing that God has good plans for His children. I also found it interesting to learn about some of his difficulties, despair, and how he came through them.

Good motivational books , I enjoyed very much . To me it seems to be more spiritual than motivation. We should depend on God even if anything bad happens . God has certain plan so don't worry believe in him and so so . I personally think that it should be less spiritual then it would be good for reading . Bye the way good writer .
This short book can be read in about an hour. But don't underestimate it. It is motivational and inspirational. Definitely worth getting if you are interested in a short but powerful reading experience.
Great book if you’re having dark thoughts are your limitations this book see you there the Lord always with you through those dark thoughts. Have a great day
