The core messages (perception, visibility, and influence are key for building/enhancing your network at work and achieving greater success) in this book are solid and some of the advice appears actionable. The book has an odd "you're great, you can do it" tone in place that I felt negative to ambivalent about.

I read this on my Kindle, but plan to re-read on paper so I can more easily take notes and extract actionable bits. I think there are some real gems in here for those trying to expand and strengthen their network at work.

Awesome book and a must read

Loved every page of it. Though many of the concepts are known to us, we do not put them into practice or how to even achieve them. This book provides all that one needs to break the PVI challenge we face every day at work.
