Again the author wrote a very good book and narrator brought it to life as usual. This is the first audiobook to tell the story of an apocalyptic event caused by a meteor from space that landed in Peru and show varies ways person were turned into zombies in the audiobook the original zombies are created by inhaling the fumes from the meteor and slowly it moved to the biting of other persons and also you see that both human, animals, birds and rats are turned into zombies. Of the most dangerous zombies are the children who move faster and in someway seem to fly.
No one is safe from the infection because after being bitten you did not automatically turn and some continued to look normal and act normal but still had the urge to bite and the hunger for flesh but could control their urge and some could even save a person from others to get them to a safe place and then request to be put down because they did not want to be this kind if person.
Also you see the attempts of the military, CDC to find cures or weapons to kill the zombies if they felt they could not hold out against them some worked and others made the problem even worse.
I highly recommend this audiobook it will make you think and keep you on the edge of your seat and at the same time fall in love with

Zombies!

Good zombie apocalypse series! Love and death in equal parts (almost LOL).

Animal zombies and lots of kid zombies, also. Good ending for a zombie tale.

I really enjoyed it, it’s like 5 mini books in one. The grammatical errors were a lot, so sometimes I had to read the multiple times for it to make sense. But, overall great book.

I kind of like zombie origin stories and this is one of those. It is also refreshing that all participants are not complete morons who gets into impossible situations due to stupid behaviour. It is a well told story and it is entertaining which is what I would hope for when it comes to the living dead.

My problems is with the audiobook version, the man reading it does a very poor job, he pauses awkwardly constantly, garbles some words and they left those errors in, one of the characters in the book is an older Jewish woman with a N.Y. accent and the readers attempt at her accent is comical at best, nearly insulting and stereotypical at worst.

The story is good, well crafted and if you like Zombie fiction it is worth reading just avoid the audio book version, it is so badly done it takes you out of the story.

The book itself was good, and I especially liked the varying types of the undead. The child zombies in particular were a great addition to the standard zombie tale. There wasn't a lot of character background/depth but that didn't really detract from the story, but it would have enhanced it. Sadly what should have been a 4* book is only a 3* read because of the endless spelling and grammatical errors throughout

Nice take on zombie apocalypse theories. Adding the animal factor into it, where so many others ignore the idea that animals could also be infected. This may not be my favorite book in this genre but it was thoroughly enjoyed. Audio narrator did a fine job in my opinion.

Great series. Be sure to buy the complete edition so you can read the whole thing. One of the best Zombie books I have ever read. I would have given it 5 stars but the final book had many typos. Worth every penny, if you like Zombie books this is a must.

A collection read in audible. A lot of potential for a great story, but unfortunately it lacks professional editing if at all. The narrator really makes a poor effort. A writing process filled with bad choices. A shame really.

Started out rather good, but became tedious towards the end. Too many sub plots bouncing back and forth? Perhaps fewer characters developed more fully. Not bad, but certainly not one of my favorites.

Pretty good read. I love Irma and Sauls relationship. Not a bad read. Loved the children zombies! They put a new spin on the ole regular ones ;)
