Great Read

I really enjoyed reading this book. It really broke down the operation of an Absalom spirit and how I can be prepared to deal with it. This knowledge has definitely sharpened my discernment.

In many respects, this is an excellent book which outlines the chaos and confusion that an Absalom spirit can bring to a church, family, business or ministry. I did however feel that there was a deficiency. In basing the blueprint for the tactics of this spirit on the life of David's rebel son Absalom, it would have been good to address the pre-conditions that embittered him against his father. In ignoring the fact that David set up the circumstances that tempted Absalom into the path he pursued, I felt the book missed an opportunity to speak of preventative measures.
