Interesting and informative, but scattered at times

This book dives a little into the history and science of water. It's a short read (27 pages) worthy of your time if you're interested in the subject.

PROS:
- For someone who's into history, I really enjoyed reading about past civilizations and how Lake Erie became a "Dead Lake".
- Of course, it talks about the science behind the processes that involve water, such as: photosynthesis, respiration and eutrophication (to name a few).
- It talks a bit about water purification systems like Reverse Osmosis. I didn't know this process wasted so much water, though.

CONS:
- No page numbers, just the awkward location (Kindle Edition).
- The topics near the end felt scattered. It was a bit distracting for me.

In reality, my rating would be 4.5 but I rounded up. I really enjoyed this book and I totally recommend it to anybody interested in learning about water. However, at 27 pages, don't expect it to be in-debth. This is a good start for your self education on water.

Being such an essential element for life, I feel schools don't teach children enough about the importance of water. And since it's such a short book, I think this could be a great read for kids too (maybe age 10 and up).
