Love it

I love him already because he's so full of positivity and inspiration. My favorite time to listen to his videos is when I'm working out because it helps to push me further. This book was a great read written by a great guy. Thank you Trent Shelton for being the best version of you possible.

The reason why I can only give three starts to this book is because the author’s writing skills are very poor and repetitive. It’s more like some kind of pastor from a church organization giving the same message using different words and metaphors.

The message is good though. It did remind me to love and accept myself fully and to not focus on fitting a social stereotype or to try pleasing everyone around us -which is an impossible task to accomplish- but to focus on self-love and self-acceptance through a strong reliable relationship with God and by doing so, attract the right people into our lives. Additionally, it admonishes you to work on areas of improvement within yourself through gentleness and not beating yourself up in the process.

Even though the book is small, the message in it could have been placed in an article instead.
