I've enjoyed reading the Trinity Blood manga, and am happy to have what Tokyopop published in my collection. The artwork is fantastic and the transformation of Esther's character is done so much better in the manga than in the anime series. One negative about this series is that there are so many side characters that don't seem to have much to do with the main plot of the story. I guess I didn't minds so much, but I though Fr. Hugh was an interesting character, yet you never really see him in the main story again. Regarding the main characters, Scheherazade is a very fascinating character and I'll probably end up cosplaying her at some point.
Unfortunately, the Trinity Blood manga will never be complete in Japanese or English because of the death of the author of the light novels; Sunao Yoshida. There are three more volumes of this manga that were released only in Japanese, I have been scouting out ebay waiting for a good deal on these remaining volumes. There has been a fan translation/scanlation of these last few volumes, so that English Trinity Blood fans can at least read the last three volumes in their native language.
Although, I normally prefer not to read scanlations for several reasons I won't get into, I plan to buy the remaining volumes of Trinity Blood to add to my collection.

I'm getting bored of this Esther-focused plot thread. Can we return to the main plot soon? Please? I miss Abel. And I would seriously appreciate some Cain.

"It's just...I am really glad I met you. I just thought that. You know Esther...I really like you all...please remember that, if nothing else."

My entire review for this is just incoherent screaming over Schera and how much I ship her and Esther.

Like, I know I'm being baited here. But come on....there's panels of them holding hands...Schera saying she really likes her...Esther's heartbeat and her getting flustered...how am I not going to ship them?

Anyway, summary first. Esther and Schera are staying at a hotel with one of Esther's old allies from when they were fighting against Gyula. Meanwhile, Cardinal Sforza orders Tres and Monica (codename Black Widow) to bring Esther in, dead of alive. This volume is a game of cat-and-mouse and seeing who will get to Esther and Schera first.

There's a whole lot happening in this volume. Everyone is going behind everyone else's back and no one can be trusted. It's actually really tense and stressful. Esther laments how powerless she is, and you really feel it in these chapters, but all this sets up for the next volume really well. Schera and Esther are being attacked on all sides, but thankfully Schera gets to show off how much of a badass she is when they encounter Black Widow.

I really wish this arc was longer. I want to learn more about Schera, and she's such a great character, but the next volume will be closing off the arc. I do understand that these events are only happening over the course of a few days, but they could have drawn it out a little longer to develop characters like Monica and Schera, and Schera and Esther's friendship.

Ugh, I really don't want to read the next one. RIP my heart.

Much less exposition, a lot more action, less of Sister Mary Sue Esther, and more of everybody else made Trinity Blood vol. XI a much happier thing for me than X was.

Well now....

Abel had a lot of Vash moments again in this manga. It really shouldn't bother me because I really do like Abel (because he is a lot like Vash) but it does sort of tick me off. Not as much as it did in the beginning, but the anger is still there.

I still love Schera! She's soooooo beautiful! And Esther was pretty awesome in this volume. I also loved the mini showdown between Abel and Tres.

This manga has taken an interesting twist in its storyline and I'm kind of sad there is only one volume left. I guess I'll have to read the rest fan "dubbed" and hope the translation is good because I really do want to know who this series will end.

Having learned my lesson from writing short little reviews for the Vampire Hunter D manga, I'm just straight up going to say that the art for this is gorgeous. My only complaint is that it's sometimes a little too heavy on the fanservice, but it's otherwise really well put-together. I love the characters and the plot – which builds itself as the volumes progress, revealing the world to us gradually and making it seem very, very real. Overall, this is one of my favourite mangas and I'm really disappointed that the English release hasn't been continued.

3⭐️- I paid a shitty reseller 60$ for a copy of this volume in order to complete the collection of my favorite childhood series Trinity Blood on my shelves. it's in such bad condition but the "by order of the pope you are commanded to go get him bagel sandwiches" part really made it worth something in the end. side note: holy shit sister monica is so hot i want her to kill me...

Con un autor muerto y el otro insolado, Trinity Blood sigue en marcha, acercándose a la docena de tomos, con vaticanos e imperiales chupándose las sangres mutuamente.
