Great reminder

As life gets us down, it is sometimes hard to remember to be grateful for all of the wonderful things we have experienced. It is hard to remember to think about others. Our egos make us the center of our own focus. Our happiness is subject to our ability to discipline our mind. I found this book to be a well-written reminder that we are all interconnected.
