Rate this book
A high-profile job as an elite assassin for the US government has nothing on trying to fight day in and day out just to stay alive. In a world overrun by the torrential movement of abominations, hell-bent on consuming every living creature. It's up to Aurora "Rory" Moore, ex-marine and AWOL Agent, to protect the one person she loves more than anything in the world pre or post-apocalypse. Will Rory be able to protect what she covets, or will she fall to the dead, starvation, dehydration, or the insane underbelly of humans at their worst? With an oath to do everything she can to stay alive as long as possible, will she be able to handle what will be necessary to survive? At the end of the world, the one place you want to be is with the one you love, but the rest of existence simply wants to pull you apart.

WTF!!! STERLING!!! Rory just makes me so angry!!! Why can't she just take Sterling's lead!! Why is she so above the men? I get it that she has skills and knowledge that they have but if often feels like she doesn't think that they bring anything to the table other than hee pleasure but you definitely see how much she loves them at the same time. She's making decisions that she feels is best for them but in a way that is very much like, my way or the highway. I don't like it.
