Stuart Wilde
76 books153 followersWilde was born in Farnham, England. He was educated at St. George’s College, Weybridge, Surrey. After his schooling he joined the English Stage Company in Sloane Square, London. A year later he opened a jeans business in Carnaby Street London, at the height of the Swinging Sixties where he enjoyed considerable commercial success.
He studied alternative religions and Taoist philosophy for five years from the age of twenty-eight, and when he was thirty-three, he emigrated to the United States of America where lived in Laguna Beach, California with his first wife Cynthia. He wrote his first book, Miracles, in 1983.
Shortly thereafter he began a career as a lecturer appearing mainly in New Thought Churches and at New Age conferences. In the 1990s he toured regularly with Deepak Chopra, Dr. Wayne Dyer and Louise Hay, appearing at venues such as the Sydney Entertainment Centre.
tuart Wilde is a prolific writer, with eighteen of his books published to date. They appear in more than fifteen foreign languages, with a total of ninety-three different books and audio works in circulation.[2]
He executive produced and was the lyricist on the music album Voice of the Feminine Spirit (1994), which sold several hundred-thousand copies. He later produced and was the lyricist on two albums of Celtic music, Voice of the Celtic Myth (1997), and Creation (1999), and wrote the book and libretto for Tim Wheater’s oratorio Heartland (1995).

One of my favorite spiritual manuals. Don't let the name fool you -- this isn't about greed and hoarding. It's about the law of attraction, Light and pulling in positive energy. Some very good tips in here to deal with people you resent.

Great little book! Stuart Wilde goes over some of the main ideas from his other two books, but goes beyond and adds even more insight into the laws. Thoroughly enjoyed this book.

This book is a combination of ideas about aligning to prosperity from two previous books—The Trick to Money Is Having Some & Life Was Never Meant to Be a Struggle. It is a concise little book packed with some interesting action steps and the usual humour you expect from Stuart Wilde. I listened the audio book read by the author.
What I liked: I like the way the material is presented in 10 easy to digest concepts that include the metaphysics of the ideas followed by an action step to take to solidify the concept. Favourite quote from the book, " Think about how you can improve what you do. Even if you work for someone else right now, start by putting more energy in. If the place you work is dull and lifeless, put energy in anyway, for by doing that you will catapult yourself out of there to something better."
What I didn't like: Nothing to add here because I liked this book so much I bought the hardcover.
I give this book a 5 out of 5 star rating.

Awesome
It’s a very unique perspective on how to view money, not just as a physical possession, but rather spiritually and metaphysically. I love the concept of how money is energy and our time here to buy experience with it. Gives me alignment and acceptance with knowing that money is good for us.

Short, sweet and full of gems that will enlighten and enhance your spiritual and financial life. This is a book I know I’ll read again and again. I like that the book contains philosophy and explanations of principles as well as actions to take to incorporate the principles into one’s life in order to live a more abundant life.

The most pragmatic book so far, especially taking into account that it builds arguments from metaphysics and spirituality.
There are lots of implementable ideas.

Stuart Wilde is a spiritual icon as far as I'm concerned. Every one of his books are on the money. No pun intended, lol. If you are on a path of soul mastery... you should def have a few of his books in your tool box.

Stuart Wilde's style requires that you step back and learn the hierarchy of metaphors that he uses to communicate his abstract ideas.
This can, at first, make his seem loopy.
If you stick around and listen for the explanation of the ideas and then filter out some of the stuff that is, in fact, loopy then there are some great ideas in there.
I read his stuff like I read a lot of mythology and science fiction. This is a guy that has come up with an effective way of thinking about money, wealth, success, and the cluster of negative emotions often associated with these things. Furthermore, he's got a good understanding of the psychology of modifying the limiting beliefs around these mental constructs.
With that truth and some poetic license granted you'll find great value in his way of explaining why we self-sabotage when it's time to get to the money and at various steps of setting up an effective enterprise and serving people from a position of strength instead of from the limitations of ego.

Stuart Wilde is a cool dude! I would recommend this quick read for anyone who wants to understand how to attract more money into their life & actually LET IT IN. Hint: Care for people. Protect them. Give them love by concentrating on them. Then, bill them. In other words, be receptive and available for ways that the Universe repays the energy you GIVE. Thanks!

I read this as part of a mentoring course I'm currently in & I'm really glad. It's not the typical thing I would normally read, but it's been helpful in evaluating why I hold certain beliefs about money & how I can break through those limiting mindsets.
