101 Things to Do with Zucchini. The contents are: appetizers, breads, soups & salads, sides, main dishes, and desserts. I love zucchini bread. However, none of the recipes jumped out at me.

I love how zucchini takes on the flavor of whatever it is cooked with & there are some really good recipes in this book! Very creative.
