In this follow-up to "Outrageous Openness: Letting the Divine Take the Lead" these poems guide the reader ever deeper into union with the Divine Beloved. Dedicated to the One who patiently awaits our own attention....and longing.
Wild love for the Sublime One was not only the province of Hafiz, Rumi, Mirabai and other exalted saints who wrote in prior generations. The Beloved will present Herself to any and all who come with an open and longing heart. These poems are written to that end. May you be embraced by the Divine in every way.
Tosha's book came as a pleasant, long anticipated surprise. The lines she wrote are thoughtful, and strike right to the heart. The book, however, is quite small, like a precious gem, and must be savored slowly, a few pages at a time and not taken in a one hour literary glut so that you sit with her words whirling in your mind and in your heart, not able to piece anything together coherently. Perhaps that was the key after all... It is a wonderful book, and I will treasure it.
My copy arrived today and I literally couldn't set it down upon pulling it from the package. I stopped what I was doing and read the whole thing. Tears and insights abound. This little book will be a beloved friend for many years.
Tosha Silver's love of life and trust in the divine is a glorious thing! These poems are lovely, inspirational and new go-to's for me. I am so pleased I was introduced to them!
