"How he got started in comics: In 1983, when Fraction was 7 years old and growing up in Kansas City, Mo., he became fascinated by the U.S. invasion of Grenada and created his own newspaper to explain the event. "I've always been story-driven, telling stories with pictures and words," he said.

Education and first job: Fraction never graduated from college. He stopped half a semester short of an art degree at Kansas City Art Institute in Missouri in 1998 to take a job as a Web designer and managing editor of a magazine about Internet culture.

"My mother was not happy about that," he said.

But that gig led Fraction and his co-workers to split off and launch MK12, a boutique graphic design and production firm in Kansas City that created the opening credits for the James Bond film "Quantum of Solace."

Big break: While writing and directing live-action shoots at MK12, Fraction spent his spare time writing comics and pitching his books each year to publishers at Comic-Con. Two books sold: "The Last of the Independents," published in 2003 by AiT/Planet Lar, and "Casanova," published in 2006 by Image Comics.

Fraction traveled extensively on commercial shoots. Then his wife got pregnant. So Fraction did what any rational man in his position would do -- he quit his job at MK12 to pursue his dream of becoming a full-time comic book writer.

Say what? "It was terrifying," said Fraction, who now lives in Portland, Ore. "I was married. We had a house. We had a baby coming. And I just quit my job."

Marvel hired Fraction in June 2006, thanks largely to the success of his other two comics. "I got very lucky," he half-joked. "If it hadn't worked out, I would have had to move back in with my parents.

''-This its kate bishop, She's pretty great''

¿Les he dicho que Clint y Kate me parecen una bonita pareja?

''-Did i ever tell you why i love kate bishop? I mean, look at her.''

Este cómic trajo muchos momentos Kate-Clint y es demasiado para alguien que los shippea y sabe que quizás nunca estarán juntos.

''Katie, don't you die down here, I'll never forgive myself if you do''

Este cómic #2 de Hawkeye es de mis favoritos hasta ahora.

''-See? She's perfect''

Ver a Kate siendo Kate y salvando el día (La noche) me pone toda ''She's perfect''

Si no han empezado Hawkeye, les informo que están tardando. (Es una lectura rápida, muy recomendable.)

''-And that's how we robbed the robbers who were robbing robbers.''

My second ever comic issue I read for Hawkeye and finally as I can't believe I left it for so long despite hearing about this run for many years as one of the best ones. This is getting interesting, this issue also introduces Kate Bishop to us and she's already working with Avengers and Clint. Another wonderful issue, can't wait to read the other ones.

I have always loved comics, and I hope that I will always love them. Even though I grew up reading local Indian comics like Raj Comics or Diamond Comics or even Manoj Comics, now's the time to catch up on the international and classic comics and Graphic novels. I am on my quest to read as many comics as I can. I Love comics to the bits, may the comics never leave my side. I loved reading this and love reading more, you should also read what you love and then just Keep on Reading.

Clint's adventures continue, and this time he has a partner in crime, Kate Bishop, also Hawkeye.

Kate seems like a great character and I immediately started shipping those two, although I'm not sure if anything will ever happen there.

The two of them go to the performance of a traveling circus, where the members are . We learn that Clint .

The artwork and tone of this series so far is so on point, and really strikes a chord with me. Also, the interaction between Kate and Clint are delightful, the only thing that keeps me fro! giving this four stars is the rather lackluster story.

If the Hawkeye series on Disney+ is anything like the Fraction run on this title, I’m excited!

There are some things about this narration that is either so casual or so relatable - or both - that I feel more drawn into this world.

Like I find this so relatable: if there is no screen cap in a movie while people speak a language I don't, it really feels like 'some Italian here.' (I can read French, I cannot read Italian if you're wondering why I'm picking on Italian.)

Both Hawkeyes are investigating a sketchy circus, while we also see how Kate came to be working with Clint in a flashback. It doesn't help that the knife thrower's style is disturbingly familiar to Hawkeye...

More really fun stuff from Fraction and Aja.

kate bishop's here "shes withiut a doubt the finest and most gifted bowman ive ever met but shes like nine years old and spoiled rotten."

they go to a fancy rich-people circus event

"i was raised sleeping under a tent like this. smell of canvas -- sawdust-- greasepaint--the curtain parts ans im nine years old again--"

"theres a thing that happens when a pro is around the work of another pro. ypu spot the style... even without a signature. i know before the knives hit the boards the face of the man that taught this guy. this guy--and me--mwe share the same mentor. the same man that taught this guy hot to throw... taught me how to be a living weapon. students of the swordsman. and it was the swordsman that taught me how to steal. [...phonies all of tehm.]"

"and thats how we robbed the robbers who were robbing robbers. theyll be back of course. the circus always comes back. fine. let'em come."

idk what accent theyve given clint but he has some constistently

"why me?
youre rich?
so are you now. why--
--because i dont want to sleep with you?
well good. youre old enough to know how creepy that would be. oes this mean you want to sleep with spiderman?
no--i --because that screws it up. it always screws it up. i alway screwit up and... katie i look at you ans i think youre a lot like me. there are things i have to do. yeah? not want but have. yknow?"
clint has a big to do list on the map and katie and him team up for it

consistent and distinct art style
hoping to see more of his origin story but we saw some of it in this one with the phony-thieves of the circus
+ "jacques duquesne. rest in peace , mon capitan." familiar name from the live action series

I really liked this issue. I loved the introduction of Kate Bishop. I really liked the set up that was done in this issue for the greater plot and I’m slowly but surely falling in love with Clint.

Bought at opening of. Comic Book Villains in Brentwood. Collection of excellent series focused on flawed, human Avenger Clint Barton. The inspiration for the Marvel Hawkeye TV series.

The iconic one that I always see all over the place with Clint being relatable. "Aw, coffee, no."
Also I love how purple the colour scheme throughout it. Very recognizable
