It didn't take me long to realize that this isn't a good source of material for people who are trying to lose weight.

First, there are no pictures. You cannot assume everyone knows how to do a proper squat, push-up or plank. Many people already think they know how to do all those, but many people get the finer mechanics wrong. (Example: Proper squats are suppose to go past the knee, despite what many "experts" people say.)

Second, she states that she won't be covering diet at all because she assumes anyone who is looking for fat loss knows about nutrition. That is a bad assumption. Diet is 80-90% of sustainable weight loss, not to mention your health!

Lastly, the system she's using requires you to workout for 60 seconds on top of every hour for 5-6 hours. Only people who have nothing to do all day can do that.

My last thoughts: the basic idea that people don't have to kill themselves in order to workout is solid, but this book fails to adjust a program to fit most people's needs.
