It brought those emotional memories of watching the anime back again like this continues Capeta's first racing in karting here but you can see his go-kart is not in the best shape and even the engine is not upto the mark as its different from the ones used in race but you see despite the limitations he pushes it and that just shows you his thinking patterns and burning passion and desire for this sport and I get emotional seeing it, and when you see his bloodied body and wounds he had to endure to push his car to that level.. that just shows you all you need to know about this awesome character and his desire to win despite all the obstacles in his way, and thats so inspirational on so many levels!!
And introducing his nemesis/rival Naomi here was so awesome and knowing where these two will go from here has me excited to continue reading the manga as its gonna get more interesting, and also a surprise ending which will make you love Capeta even more!
"Having a fast car will only bring you 'closer' to victory. But 'actual' victory is decided by something different altogether. Whether you want to find out what it is is totally up to you." - Minamoto
Each volume is indeed 3 chapters so it goes by pretty quickly. We got introduced to our beloved Emo-boy, Minamoto ! And I am hyped how it will unfold later on in life between the two rivals
