Soldiers, airmen, brothers, spouses and their children…
What happens when nearly fifty personalities come together during a Christmas celebration, crossing miles and surpassing obstacles to create new holiday memories – both good and bad – reconnecting 'family', forging new friendships, and healing other bonds?
Prepare to laugh, cry, and be surprised at some of the outlandish antics our favorite characters find themselves in. Things get a little festive, completely merry, and awfully bright in the small town of Yonder, Texas during the holidays!
This reunion book is for all the readers of Healing Hearts and Flyboys sweet romance series - and a perfect, heartwarming read to welcome in the festivities.

There are not enough words to say how much I absolutely loved this book🙌🏻 it is the most perfect blend of the Healing Hearts & Flyboys books🤎 each chapter is dedicated to a favorite character’s POV/mini bonus epilogue on how life is for them & what’s happening at the big Christmas Party Reunion. I loved it so much and thought it was the best way to write a reunion book😻
This was a Christmas reunion on steroids. All of our favorite characters from Healing Hearts and Flyboys come together for an awesome Christmas reunion, along with their wives and children. Even if you have not read all of the books in these series, you will still enjoy this book. These soldiers have a special bond that cannot be broken. They have lived in the pits of places that I would rather not think about and put their lives on the line on a daily basis. They had each other backs then, and they still have them now. They have a special camaraderie that can only be found in the deep bonds of friendship. There were a few stilted reunions between some exes, but all was well.
It was interesting to see where these guys are at now and meeting their families who are growing more every day. I love their fun loving banter. They are pranksters and jokesters. Their childish antics are multiplied times ten when you put them in a room together. I was laughing my head off in some places. This is about lasting and lifelong friendship, romance and family.
Ginny Sterling uses this wonderful reunion to introduce a new series coming soon. If you have not read any of the books in either of these series, I highly recommend reading them. You will fall in love with these soldiers and their pen pal program. Ginny Sterling's signature heart shines through once again this book.
Thank you to the author for this ARC. I am leaving this review voluntarily.
If you've read these two series, this book is like a huge Christmas present wrapped with a big ol' bow! Merry Christmas to us from this author! If you haven't read these books, this story won't make any sense to you! These characters are beloved to us, the reader. Each chapter is an update on their lives, loves and feelings as they all head to a huge reunion after serving together in Afghanistan in the military at different times. They are either Army or Air Force and have gone through some tough times but have come out the other side. They are brothers for life and most of them have gotten married and love fiercely. If they've gotten out of the service, they and their wives are very close and mostly live in Texas (except for a select few). Can you imagine going to a huge reunion with these guys and being able to have everyone in the same place at the same time? These men, women and now children will have a night that they will never forget and as a reader, I will never forget it either!
Joining two series to have follow up on character from Ginny Sterling books. Wonderful, fun story of gathering soldiers and flyboys who all served in Ghazni, Afghanistan for the holidays. How much chaos can more than a hundred friends and family cause when they all get together? Get ready to laugh a little and cry a little! *I received this book as an ARC reader and am leaving my unbiased review.
It was great reading about the soldiers and their families. There's at least a couple I haven't read so their back story was confusing for me. They all love each other fiercely and have each others back. Some wives were nervous for obvious reasons. I thought I read somewhere Logan was already out of the service, but he's not in this book. I can't wait for the new series for next year.
What a great idea to have a Christmas reunion with the characters from the Fly Boys, Healing Hearts, and Flirts Battalion! There are so many characters from so many stories all in one place. Even though I haven't yet read all their stories, this reunion makes me want to go back and find the ones I missed!
This book brings all the couples together. It's a wonderful series and they all bring their personalities and stories to mind as they greet each other at the mass party of everyone.
I really enjoyed getting to know the characters during the Christmas reunion, each character has a chapter, we meet the wives, babies and learn of the obstacles some have endured. This is the first book I have read , reading these chapters makes me want to read the series .
If you read flyboys and healing hearts series this is for you! It is a collection of past characters as they begin to organize the first Christmas coming together at flyboys. Each chapter is a different perspective and it is so great to be able to go back and see these characters we fell in love with come together. This takes place in between the first generation flyboys and the second generation.
This book is a compilation of lots of bonus, epilogues or short stories about the characters we’ve met in the Flyboys series.
I did not sit down and read all of them at once. In fact, I read it over a number of months. I enjoyed reading one or two every now and then to stretch out the stories.
It was so fun to catch up and revisit the various characters.
