"The recipes that I've used from this book have made for some of the tastiest sourdough breads and dishes, that I've ever had before. I love the varieties of the flavors given and the fact that I'm not only being taught of ways to bake the bread - but also to how to use it to make even more interesting meals for my family." - Edith Grant

"I really didn't know anything about sourdough, but a few of my friends always talked about how good it was and how they would order it every time they were out. I decided to borrow a few eBooks on the subject to see if I could go ahead and have a scrumptious sourdough for my friends, the next time they came to my place to eat. I didn't have gripes with any of the eBooks borrowed... But in my opinion, from what I've seen this is,hands down, the best sourdough guide on Amazon. It's friendly tone and simple-yet-interesting explanations on the bread made my entire reading experience with it that much better. For me, the great recipes were just a plus."- Mario Mascitelli

I With There Has Been More Bread Recipes

I've done sourdough before, so know the process fairly well. I would have hoped a book on sourdough would have focused more on sourdough itself and less on what you can put between two slices of it. The book is also marred by the occasional editing errors. So, just average.

An Easy Guide to Sourdough :

A nice book with a spectrum of common uses of sourdough starter and the baked bread. A few glitches in the editing of the text but overall a useful book.
