Read this for the description of Maine backwoods - glad I did. Story is dated, with moralistic overtones and an occasionally intrusive author, but interesting for all that. British lads are introduced to camping Maine style, with moose, caribou, bears and all. Hornibrook writes well, and the story moves quickly.
