A PARALLEL WORLD WHERE IT'S ILLEGAL TO BE OVERWEIGHT
This boxed set contains all 3 novels from the Parallel Trilogy: Gone, Imprisoned, and Hunted.
When sixteen-year-old Morgan Campbell runs away from home, she doesn't expect to cross into another world, especially a parallel world where it's illegal to be overweight.
In a world where rule-breakers and people over their approved weight are locked up in Federally Assisted Thinning (F.A.T.) centers, will Morgan be able to adjust to this society until she can find her way home, or will she end up trapped in this world forever?
The Parallel Trilogy does not contain any profanity or sexual content.

This is really a book about something which could happen in our future. Pretty scary if you ask me. Already the insurance companies get more and more say in what kind of help you get after they have reviewed your lifestyle. When you've smoked and get lungcancer they can deny payment for therapy of transplant. They get more and more power over these kinds of things.
In this book it is the government who starts centres where you'll be sent to if you weigh too much. If the wrong people get to much power all is not lost. Because of the internet we can unite and fight for what we want and know is right.
Morgan is just a teenager from a different dimension but she surprises everyone what influence one person can have, with some help of people agree with her cause of course.
Received free for review: I'm pretty sure I read book 1 several weeks ago, but liked it so well I asked for and received books 2 & 3 as the trilogy. Now I see there is more to the story. What happens to the alternate Morgan when she is returned to her world to discover she is hunted by the Enforcers? How does Billy cope on the original Morgan's world? Is the resistance able to overcome/close the FAT centers? Gotta find and read the other books!😁
I wasn't sure what to expect with this trilogy, but as I read it, the story became engaging. The series poses the epidemic of obesity. Where we could end up? This parallel universe takes you on a thrilling, humorous, and witty ride!
This is one of those really good Sci-fi books where you can't wait to read the next book! I started out reading the sample and before I finished that, bought the whole series!
