If you are a completely insane mad scientist about your nutrition and fitness then you have met a soul brother in Dan Duchaine. This book is not for regular people ('normals' as he calls them), this book is for the person that is willing to do crazy things to achieve their fitness goals. It is one of the first books in a while that I could not stop reading. I think I read all 300+ pages in 36 hours which is pretty good for me. I highly highly recommend it for the other mad scientists out there. Everybody else: read at your own risk.
