I’ve given my dragon shifter boss my heart. Now all he has to do is claim me...
Falling for my dragon shifter boss was easy, but being a human in a shifter’s world is difficult. Especially when Evan’s daughter is still at risk from her evil grandfather, Tomas.
Evan is determined to bring down the powerful enemy alpha, and it means trusting someone in Tomas’ inner circle, which is a deadly game to be playing.
To make matters worse, Evan’s growing jealousy is becoming harder to ignore. With each passing day it’s getting harder to deny the truth - if he doesn’t claim me soon, he could lose control completely. Yet something is still holding him back and I’m afraid it’s because I’m human.
When we learn that Tomas is hiding a horrible secret, we have no choice but to try to stop him once and for all. Even if it could result in tragedy...

"She had a way of seeing the best in people, a way of cutting through the uncertainty and finding the underlying truth."
Mariah's life has been a roller coaster since she became the nanny of a single dragon's daughter, but now his messy custody battle is going to add to the adventure.
Evan never imagined a one night stand could leave him as a single father, much less that he would discover he'd been targeted and that was just the first act (previous book) in a plot he never saw coming.
It took me longer than I like to admit to remember the ups and downs of the previous book. I found myself wishing I was reading them back to back as quite a few threads carry through between them, but as I started getting back in to the swing/roll of the story I was sucked in to this page-turner and didn't want to put it aside. It balances chosen family vs. biological family and adopted family, in a few ways, and tells a beautiful story about how we choose both to love and care for others.
I read Claimed By The Dragon Daddy in kindle unlimited and chose to share my thoughts.
In this love story between a human woman and her dragon shifter boss, Claimed By The Dragon Daddy by Roxie Ray continues the drama-filled story of Romance, Fantasy and Suspense. With very strong characters and detailed plots, this book has a good balance of spicy moments between the two main characters, Evan and Mariah, and exciting plot twists that have you hanging on the edge of your book. Evan and Mariah have so many complications in their lives that the drama of it all can get a little tedious, by then the author segways into a romantic, heart-warming scene that slows down all the craziness and brings you right back to where you will feel comfortable, as well as yearning to know what happens next. This story ends on a cliff hanger, so be prepared to pick up book #3 in the Dragon Rebels series immediately following. The endearing characters, the interesting story line and plot twists, and the love of "little dragon" will surely be a winner in your library!
I loved that it was a story with a plot. Twist , turns , drama, romance, jealousy, mystery and intrigue. Mason gave me reason to ponder and Jax , well the story is still out for him. Why waa he helping Miriah? Why was he so flirty with her? Naive Mariah - thinking about her as a school.counselor makes me worry about the children. She seemed to be taunting Evan sometimes. The baby called her mama but she never said it again....was that just for her benefit!? Vilians....I do not like it when villains are always able to get away, noting ever happens to them and they always come back to get back as the "good guys". Then Sebastian is killed.... that and Evan crying made me tear up. Overall, the book was okay Book 3 for the conclusion!!!!!
JaxEvan and Mariah have endured so much! I love them individually-Evan is a real alpha, making a success of his life despite having his family stolen from him TWICE and being banished while still young due to a lie, and Mariah has overcome a barren childhood to find herself thrust into a hazardous world of shifters and handles it all with grace-but as a couple they are combustible! World-building, flow, and characterizations are on point, and this reader is already busily sussing out a couple of potential sources of treachery in the next book! This storyline is riveting, and while I generally despise cliffhangers, I am so eager for Book Three!
Ok something has happen Even has had to save Mariah from a crazy. But they have trouble coming the mother of Sofia is come to make trouble but she doesn’t really want the baby she just want to cause trouble. You see the crazy is her father. But they have to find a way to bring the crazy down. They have a person on the inside of the crazy organization his son is giving them information he also helped Mariah escape. But his dad finds out a beats him up. Bad. Now they have to worry the crazy is coming to try to kidnapped her again. So enjoy #2!!
Dragon Rebels book 2. Evan and Mariah. They go through so much in this part 2 of their love story. Nothing worthwhile is ever easy. Evan comes back to his clan or rather his dad's clan. They are battling an enemy of his father that has him in the twist as well. This enemy is evil with some serious money and power. I love the dialogue and dynamics of the book. But it drags alot. I'm not sure I needed a whole book for what happens in it. A decent read but I hope book 3 is better. BTW I love this author but this book was a fight to the finish.
he fines his mate, but will he save her in time? Let the characters take you on a amazing ride while they go through love/pain sorrow/death until they get their love ones back.
I love this story BUT it dragging on and on. Either destroy Tomas or don't. He should have been destroyed by now. Who will destroy him? Evan, Rosalind, Jax, Mariah or Sophia? I guess time will tell.
I normally enjoy this (these) authors. But Dear Lord this story was drug out for far too long. This has been one of the most painful books to get through.
Oh I loved it I can't wait to read more it was sad that his dad was murdered 😢 I can't wait for them to take down the bad guys. Love this author and series
Enjoying the series. I love everything that goes with dragons. These books always make me feel like I am there experiencing everything with the characters
This book lost steam for me… even being much shorter when compared to the first book I felt like the plot had no momentum and the relationship got very “I know we’re in love but…” I think I’m happy skipping the last book
