Stop Worrying & Start Living

Rate this book
40 WAYS TO A SUCCESSFUL LIFE AND HAPPY LIVING AND DISPELLING WORRY AND SORROW.

Many are sick on their beds for years being turned to the right and left, groaning in pains and crying from sickness. Many are imprisoned for years not haven seen the sun with their eyes: they have known not other than the dungeon. Many men and women are bereft of organs of their bodies since the prime of their youth and bloom of life. Many are suffering, indebted, stricken and grieved.

This book seeks to guide everyone sorrowing over with one thing or the other in a manner different from other books which discuss worry, sadness and grief; and from those which discuss fortune (or success). It addresses the heart, convinces the mind and moves Faith. It removes confusion from the hearts and souls of many of the children of Islam, those whom Shaytan invites to wretchedness, sin, despair, grief, and hopelessness in the Mercy of Allah.

This is a 3.5🌟 read for me. The tips given some are too general. However I think this book will be suitable for those who are looking for spiritual motivational book.

Buku pertama Husna baca once start kerja di ARB. Tetapi baru sempat nak share sedikit apa yang terkesan di hati.

Sejujurnya, selepas bertahun dalam comfort zone. For sure hati akan rasa segala ketidakupayaan diri. Kerisauan membentuk ketakutan saban waktu untuk mendepani hari-hari. Tanpa sedar, semalam 16/08 genap 4 bulan jump kerja.

One of chapter from this book "Declare Peace With Yourself". Do not make your heart like sponge that soaks up rumours, false talks and trivialities. Do not utter everything you hear, be compassionate to your soul, and do not destroy it with trivialities.

Initially I almost abandoned the book halfway as I thought the grammatical and vocabulary was poor. There are some pages I could not get the message what the author was sending out.

But towards the end, I admit the grammar and vocabulary are too advanced. There are still areas to be improved by the author in spelling checks. Typo checks? Is there even an editor to this book? As there are too many obviously not to be ignored.

However the messages are clear, my heart is lightened towards the end as I (close one eye) to all the errors in the book. If you are looking for something to feel better/grateful for what you have or dont have, this one might do just that.

I still think editor should have done a better job. 😅
Or you can hire me 😅😅i would love to do it

Another book that definitely boosted my emaan, Maa Shaa Allah. My favorite parts were the last few pages.

About gratitude and patience from the Islamic perspective.
I feel another round of editing would make reading it smoother.
