This is a book that I would like to give 3.5 stars as I think that it contains valuable leadership wisdom intermixed with some worldly and contradictory thinking. I see it as one of those "eat the meat and spit out the bones" types of works--definitely worth reading, but only with caution.

This book was very challenging for me and I gained valuable knowledge for my leadership journey. I appreciate the leadership insights but I found the book itself difficult to appreciate as a published work. Cliche', typos and even simple inaccuracies in factual details (if not outright hyperbole) made it a less than pleasant read.
