A standing ovation for Wayne Jordan's I'll Stand By You. The title is a wonderful representation of what this book is about. Eboni Wynter and Darren Grayson had an instant attraction that started from the beginning of the book and slowly built to a solid relationship in the end. I loved that Wayne gave Eboni such a strong job occupation, a firefighter, one that I haven't seen portrayed in any romance novels I've read. I absolutely loved Darren's character because we had the chance to see him transform into a caring and loving individual who was willing to stand by Eboni through thick and thin. This story was filled with laughter, sadness and joy. I am truly looking forward to the continuation of this series. A great start to another amazing series from Wayne Jordan. A must purchase.
I thought this book was super sexy and beautiful. Eboni and Darren were fantastic together. I can't wait for the next book in the series. Mr. Jordan, great job.
A great read!! Firefighter, Eboni Wynter and real Estate mogul Darren Grayson are two weary people due to past situations in their lives. Will they learn to trust and help each other or continue to be lost souls?
The first book of this series left many unanswered questions. waiting on the next book to see where we go.
Although I enjoyed the story and the characters, the repetitious sex scenes became quite annoying. After the 4th and 5th episodes we know the names of all the body parts as well as the sexual positions. Eboni and Darren's relationship could have been developed so much more than just the bedroom antics.
I'LL STAND BY YOU is a Kimani Hotties title, and this book puts the hot in hotties. Wayne Jordan crafts a story of two people who find one another irresistible. It's one of the hottest Kimani Hotties I've read, and makes me look forward to Wayne Jordan's next book.
This is the 1st book I read by Wayne Jordan. From the Prologue I thought this book was going to be about Eboni & her sisters, I was definitely surprised. It was okay reading about Eboni & Darren. Being that I am a first time reading of Mr. Jordan I wish he would have stayed with the Prologue.
I'm loving the Wynters family. it's inspiring to see success when there has been adversity. So far both of these girls stories have been heartwarming and inspirational. looking forward to reading what's going on with keesha.
Darren didn't belong eve to n love be. He had messed up many times and was tired of trying. In walks Eboni who has her own issues. The journey thru their relationships highs and lows are special. #readingandreviewingchallenge #CillasBookManiacs
