It is called on the fly guide for a reason -- Bill goes into detail on an enormous topic Teamwork in 89 pages -- but his focus is on a true story that happened to him, and how he felt a part of a group that he never belonged in until that special night. The book is quick-- but the author shares his personal take instead of preaching on the topic-- his human approach was felt, nice job Bill.

I listened to the audio book version, and did not find it helpful at all. I eventually gave up listening to it (and it was only 2 discs!).
