Vanessa grows up in a single parent home since the age of two, when her mom abandons her and her dad. Life is tough, but she and her dad act as a team, getting educated and starting a construction business. Vanessa goes to college, graduating early, before going to work for dad. That's when she realizes dad is no businessman. She comes up with a plan to get investors and save the company, but her dad ends up selling half of the business to the Irish Mafia, and selling Vanessa to the Don's son to marry.
If that's not enough to handle, there are lots of plot twists to keep you interested. There is love, romance, and sex that is a lot less graphic than in many romance novels. And a HEA
