Really great book! Gives you so much insight on the "Golden Age" of bodybuilding and Vince Gironda's methods. This book isn't even printed anymore, so if you manage to find a copy, you're lucky. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is a fan of the old school style of lifting, or just a bodybuilding fan.

love this guy.
rather controversial and as he himself says, very, very dogmatic.
"fuck squats and fuck bench press!" lmao.
I really like his methodologies, his confidence on his ways, the old school bodybuilding mindset (symmetry and proportions > power gap > size), and more than anything, I really like his diet.
Recommend it to everyone that enjoys "bodybuilding" and likes high protein, high fat, low carb diets.

Love Gironda, truly aspirational in method and practice.
Vince and Rob are very explicit in each step and instruction

Would love to snag a physical copy someday.
