This was mostly just a transcribed talk Ben had with another marketer. The first half of the book I found useful, but then they went into discussions of the pros and cons of email clients and I lost interest.

There are some good tips here and the book was very inexpensive, so it was a good purchase.

This is basically one long interview between Michael Senoff and Ben Settle. It's bloody good, too. If you're new to using email the way it is best used, this is a goldmine for you.

This quick read is a great primer for those interested in starting email marketing. I wish I was in a better position to assess the suitability of the foundational concepts shared here, but as a newbie, I can only take Ben Settle at his word. In his defence, the man's expertise is validated by several top players in the marketing industry so I'm pretty confident my best option is to integrate these ideas into my email marketing strategies as soon as possible.
