The secret is out, and Dylan is ready to go public with their relationship in a big way. The Penelope Valentine scandal, however, has made it much bigger than Tia ever anticipated. She's the mystery woman everyone's talking about, and once her identity is revealed, she must step out of her old life and learn to embrace her new celebrity and everything that comes with it. She wants nothing more than to put the past behind her and move toward the future, but there are still those who would begrudge her happiness...
Lexi is at first relieved that she no longer has to bear the burden of keeping Dylan's identity to herself, but soon discovers that having it out in the open only creates more complications. Ryan, her fiancé, is blindsided by her revelations, and feels crushed under Dylan’s celebrity shadow. Then there's Bo Collins; the drummer for InHap who feels more for her than he's willing to admit. With all the manipulations, deceptions, and lies, can Lexi ever hope to find her own InHap*pily ever after?

After waiting for what felt like forever to read the sequel to "Incidental Happenstance," I found book 2 to be a little disappointing. While it's still a good read, I didn't think it was anywhere as amazing as I found the first one to be. For one thing I thought book 2 was way too long at 592 pages. Not to mention the first third of the novel read more like a filler. In my opinion the best part of the entire novel was the mini-plot that was Lexi, Ryan, and Bo's story. While the story is about the two protagonists, Dylan and Tia, and their love for one another, I found the mini-plot to be the more intriguing and entertaining read overall. If you haven't read the first book, I highly suggest you give it a read as it's absolutely terrific. Then of course follow it up with book 2, "InHappily Ever After." While I may have found it to be a good read, you might actually end up loving it.
*Spoilers* I loved the story.. i loved it how Kim was able to give a little bit of povs for some of the characters. it made me give interest in them more. I felt bad at how Lexi wss treated by ryan and I dislike those situations (cheating) but loved how she ended up with bo at the end. Even for jessa... I hope kim will write a continuation of their stories with dylan n tia in the stories :-) Awesome read.
I can't even tell you how much I loved this book! I waited anxiously for this sequel after falling in love with the love story of Tia and Dylan in Incidental Happenstance. For every girl who has dreamed of her happily ever after, these two books are for you!! I have read and re-read them! Enjoy and tell your friends!!
Woooooooooow! These two books were a PURE delight!!! I just spent two days of my life in a bubble, I forgot everything else and just enjoyed this fabulous roller-coaster, I clung to my sit and couldn't stop a second to breathe... How can I go back to reality now?! Argh...
DNF 75%. I really loved "Incidental Happenstance", but I'm disappointed by the sequel. It have been on my do-be-finish shelf for quite some time now, but I have realized that I'm never going to finish it...
I couldn't put it down! I love all the other story lines between the other characters! Now I want more! I hope there will be another book to continue on!
Loved how this book weaves thru all the lives around tia and Dylan while still keeping to the two main characters. Perfect 2nd book to an even better first book
