Well written

I really enjoyed this book. The story was well thought out and well edited. I was truly engaged in it. The main character was familiar in skills and internal code of morals but still engaging. His love wasn't as well fleshed out as to internal motivation or personality. She still fit in well. Recommend and hope this author continues to write. This is his first novel and is more impressive than most novices. Good Luck Mr. Chakonas!

Fast paced

Well written "over the top" but characters and their relationships work. This is an easy escapist read that can be completed in a single sitting.

GREAT STORY WITH A TERRIFYING KILLER.

In this day and age it is all too believable that one man could be trained as an expert assassin. Brink is truly scary. Author, Dan Chakonas, sets his story up well. It is fast paced and keeps you reading into all hours of the morning.

The characters are well developed and not boring. Each is unique. I never thought of an espionage novel as romantic, but this one has a great romance included with all the mystery, espionage, action, adventure, thrills and suspense. I really don't think I would mind having a close friend like Aldo Brink, would you? Oh right, you have to read "Brink" to find out.

I am happy to recommend this to men and women alike. There really is something for everyone in this book. It is a really well written book without a lot of filler, hold on to to your seat. KUDOS Mr. Chakonas on a tale well told.

Bravo!

It was a surprise to me that this is a first book. It was well thought out, and Brink is a solid character with many layers. He is a bit of a "Rambo" one guy seal team, no one you'd want to irritate. There was some romance, too, but nothing detailed. If you want erotica, this book is not for you. I'll be awaiting the sequel and the next adventure.

Fast paced action driven story. Some spots where the plot sorts bogged down, but generally a very good read.
