Running a small computer business is next to impossible. Marketing, billing, merchandising, customer service, you name it, the competition is bigger and badder. There is a niche, but it is a very cramped one.
Your only hope is to put down the technical manuals and read something like this.

The title says it all, a wonderful book that shows you step by step what to do to have a successful computer pc repair business, it really helped me a lot when I stared my own computer shop ten year ago and for the next 6 years that I had the business was always a guide for me.
Highly recommended.
