When your mind is going around like a helicopter rotor, this book will help you bring it back under control as you read about issues as severe as life and death -- and in less than a half page you won't even remember what it was that was bothering you.

Ever run a helicopter into a high-power line? Well the lesson from that single page is to not panic but to keep flying. That's all we can do in moments if distress. Just keep doing the work. Focus on the work.

This book may be full of FAA warnings and reports from fatal helicopter accidents, but it is just as applicable to your simple life in your cube somewhere in corporate America or in the midst of your crazy family vacation.

You will fly out of this one successfully and this book will give you the tools to land the ball of flames that surrounds you safely so you can get back to living your life.

Futhermore, each time you read about someone dying it serves as a great reminder that you've still got yours so get on with it!

Enjoy!
