A pencil-neck powerpoint jockey’s fever dream-induced disgorgement of consulting fluff.

Not sure what else I expected to find, but it was one Singapore dollar at the SAS book sale and should serve as a decent bit of tinder in the fire pit.

Good level of detail taking the elements of business process re-engineering to the next level and recognizing business process management is not a project but an ongoing process for organizations wanting to compete in the new normal.
