The idea behind this book is a good one. How many of us judge our bodies according to what society tells us we should look like. Loving oneself at whatever weight we are probably is the key to treating ourselves a bit better and, perhaps, actually losing some weight in the process. The book is fairly short and an enjoyable read, but I don’t think there is really much new information here.

The Perfect Diet Book

Why is this the perfect diet book? Cos it's all about chucking out your scales, telling your local fat fighters group to stuff it and going home to munch strawberries, drink champagne and remember to treat yourself like the goddess you are.
This is what it's all about. No more deprivation and punishment. As a therapist who helps women overcome depression, this book is now in my toolkit. Change the way you think about food and the way you treat yourself and the excess pounds will fall off as if by magick!

Incredibly motivating and enlightening

This book is everything she says it is. Effervescent, Light, to the point, blunt, funny, informative. This book gave me motivation just believe in myself. She’s a brilliant author and her social media is just as beautiful as her book.

Great, easy, inspiring read!

Let's just say I'm toasting to myself tonight and on my way to the track for a walk as I type this. Loving myself was never associated with my scale but as a woman I have beat myself up over weight gain. No more Hun, not after this. Taking accountability for the pounds but won't be upset about them because I'm beautiful in spite of, great read for a woman who needs to know its ok and just needs a push to get her head back in the game.
