Original Strength Performance: Becoming The Superhero You Were Meant To Be

Rate this book
All of us were meant to be superheroes. Original Strength Performance teaches readers how to build the strength and resilience of a superhero, the strength you were made to have.

Original Strength Performance picks up where Original Strength ends. This book teaches the reader how to add progressions and resistance to the "resets" in order to build a body with superhuman abilities. Once you have regained your reflexive strength, your original strength, you can start to build a body without limits.

It is time to go find your cape. Are you ready?

Activate vestibular system (inner ear, balance): look up, chest out with crawls.
Contra-lateral movement good for brain.
Reflexive strength (fe powerlifters fucked this up).

Load your crawls => babies head was 25% of their BW so they kinda crawled weighted.

Crawls for minutes as finishers non-stop/extra weight/accumulate

Backward crawl for shoulder issues: scapular control.

Walking should look like poetry. If your walking looks like shit, don't take up jogging. Practice crawls (low risk) and practice walking (on different terrains and angles).

Spiderman and leopard crawl for knee structural balance? Build vastus medialis?

Forward back lateral axial.
