A fantasy tale of a young girl’s personal discovery of pixie hood, the challenges she faces when confronted by the discovery of illegal mining operations and dark unseen forces. Thirty-two compact chapters full of subtleties and sub plots that make the narrative come alive. The main character is instantly likeable, and the story is both enjoyable and uplifting. Recommended for teens and older.

This is a really fun read even for adults. I loved the characters and the details about the history and her turning into a pixie as described so sweetly. I could see in my mind the beautiful forest and her writing style is beautiful. A great first book. HIghly recommend it!

This is a lengthy well written story that I enjoyed whole heartedly. The I loved the main character and found her very relatable. The pacing of the story was great as well seeing as I tend to read a couple of lines and stop however I found this very easy to continue straight to the end. Thankyou Maya keep up the good work.
