An easy to follow hand-book that shows you exactly how you can fully unlock the nature of belief, capture the magic of language, and use these abilities to persuade anyone, anytime, anywhere more effectively that ever before. Now revised and with new added material. This book offers a step by step approach that will guide you from a novice to expert in the magically persuasive NLP art of Sleight of Mouth.
I got certified in NLP back in 1988. Although I never desired to be a therapist, I believe it is important to keep my skills in place, and I read and practice them systematically every year. The "slight-of-mouth" skills eluded me; I could not seem to get the same elegance that senior NLP practitioners were getting. Using this book and massive practice I seem to have awakened a real talent for SOM. I cannot explain how easy it seems now compared to how difficult it seemed to me all these years! It took me less than week following the process in this book, and I can hardly wait to what I will accomplish this next week!
Interesting read and much easier to follow than the original
Now I’ve read this primer I’m tempted to tackle the original, much larger and complex book on which this is an excellent introduction.
Need to make a conscious effort to utilise what I learned in opportunities that come up in everyday life rather than default with my habitual responses.
The author more than delivers. Writing in this way and the format of it make it easy to think about and communicate with the Sleight of Mouth patterns. The steps are there for you to influence and persuade with ease.
This was a very fun read and if you treat of like a text book you'll learn the pattern quickly. It even provides strategies for stacking and for the use of logical levels. Happy that I took the time to read it. Now its time to drill the patterns.
