I liked the idea at first, but then it just got super confusing and the plot basically ran away with itself so I don't really have any clue where this is going at all. I'll stick with it for the second volume but I think this is my least favourite manga from this artist. The characters are quite one-dimensional at the moment. I think the artist strived to add to their depth but currently, in my opinion it has not worked out so far. Hopefully this will change in the next tome.

I'm such a sucker for the pretty art lol the story is a bit weird. Very curious how this one is going to end :) Glad its short and completed. :D

Sakuya Toono a 13 ans. Elle est totalement invisible aux yeux des élèves de son école, le lycée Takamagahara, qui prennent sa chambre pour un débarras. Mais après avoir fait un voeu sous un cerisier magique, elle voit débarquer dans sa vie quatre magnifiques garçons qui veulent lui faire connaître l'amour : la super star, Kanata Hatori, le chef magicien, Nagi Kazemachi, le grand patron, Shiki Tsukiomi, et l'unique héritier d'un grand conglomérat, Terui Hanamiya ! Elle est dans l'obligation de choisir l'un d'eux, tout en sachant que les trois autres subiront la malédiction du cerisier !

C’est un shojo, une série de mangas doudous que je vous conseille de lire lorsque vous avez besoin de prendre soin de vous, de penser à autre chose. Cette lecture m’a faite énormément de bien. Cette lecture m’a donné le sourire et a jeté quelques rayons de soleil sur ma journée nuageuse.
Le groupe que forment Sakuya, Kanata, Nagi, Shiki et Terui est tout simplement attachant. J’ai été beaucoup plus sensible à Sakuya parce que je me retrouvais un peu dans sa personnalité et ses pensées. Sakuya est une fille invisible, on ne la voit pas, on ne la remarque pas, elle fait partie du décor. Je n’ai jamais été une fille invisible, j’ai toujours été plutôt discrète mais ce que ressentait Sakuya m’a totalement parlée. Ce sentiment de solitude qui grandissait de jour en jour dans son cœur m’a touchée.
Évidemment, tout cela a changé lorsque les garçons sont arrivés, en apparaissant sous un cerisier magique. Et les relations que chacun va développer avec l’autre, leur amitié, les moments qu’ils vont vivre ensemble m’ont donné du baume au cœur.
Jusqu’à la fin, on se demande comment cela va se passer. Qui, Sakuya, va-t-elle choisir ? La malédiction va-t-elle s’abattre ? Ou y avait-t-il un espoir ? Honnêtement, à certains moments plus légers du manga, j’oubliais cette histoire de malédiction, de fatalité… Puis la fin a été amenée lentement.
C’était vraiment une lecture réconfortante.

I loved this. It did feel a little rushed, but it was still so amazing. The humor and relationships were a great addition. I related so well to the main character. Being an “air girl” myself. It did seem to replicate the Rosario series and it was easy to predict how the story was going to progress, but I couldn’t help but love it.

Pernahkah kalian berharap menjadi manusia yang tidak terdeteksi dimana keberadaan kalian tidak terlihat dan suara kalian tidak terdengar? Sepertinya menarik bukan, tidak akan ada yang melecehkan jika kita berpakaian minim, puas menjahili teman dan segudang hal menarik lainnya. Tapi tunggu sampai kalian merasakannya, seperti yang dialami Sakuya Tono, pasti kalian akan berubah pikiran. Kehidupan Sakuya berubah ketika tanpa sengaja ada yang membuang buku harian mantan siswa senior ke kamarnya. Bagaimana bisa sebuah buku harian mantan siswa sekolah dapat mengubah kehidupan Sakuya yang monoton? Dan apa yang berubah dalam kehidupannya?
Saya merekomendasikan komik ini bagi pembaca yang suka melihat karakter pria tampan tanpa didukung cerita yang cukup menunjang. Tapi untuk yang mempertimbangkan cerita, saran saya pinjam saja buku ini. Dari sisi artwork, cover buku pertamanya sudah menceritakan seperti apa ilustrasinya, bertebaran empat pria tampan :3
Dari sisi cerita, terlalu berlebihan adalah satu kata yang tepat. Bagaimana tidak, adakah manusia yang hanya terdeteksi oleh orang tuanya tapi tidak terlihat dan terdengar oleh orang lain? Bahkan sensor gerak pada pintu tidak mampu mendeteksi keberadaan seorang Sakuya Tono? Ditambah kemunculan empat orang pria tampan di bawah pohon Sakura yang langsung menyatakan cinta pada Sakuya. Norak itu ada batasannya loh.
Alurnya yang maju dan flashback di bagian akhir tidak membantu saya dalam menerima isi ceritanya. Alasan yang dikemukakan terlalu berlebihan dan tidak masuk akal.
Nilai tertinggi yang mendongkrak nilai komik ini di mata saya adalah tambahan satu halaman cukup tebal berwarna pada daftar isi komik ini. Satu lembar itu cukup mengobati rasa pusing saya.
Penilaian total: 2.4 of 5 stars

Sakuya has always been like air to everyone around her, literally. Nobody ever sees her. It's like a curse. After hearing a legend about a tree able to grant wishes, she starts to hope, but what she finds there is four boys who suddenly reveal she's their fated woman.
From there starts a two-volume journey, that I really wish had been much more. The first half was genuinely good, with funny moments all around and a cast of colorful characters that just waited to be more fleshed out.
I certainly wasn't blind to the similarities between this series and Aya Shouto's much more known Kiss of the Rose Princess, but I really didn't care as long as the story entertained me, and it did.
Unfortunately the second half is where things started to crumble. It was really rushed, lots of information being thrown at the reader without dwelling too much on it and the relationship between the characters developing at an impossible speed.
I know it wasn't Aya Shouto's fault. Two of the series I read of hers have had this problem, but I know mangas are usually written based on their popularity, and many other series have been canceled or have had rushed endings because of a drop in sales. It's truly unfortunate but that's how it works.
I guess that's how I'm gonna remember this story, with an interesting start but a disappointing ending.

I remember reading a comment on Junketsu + Kareshi, Vol. 01 (by the same author) in which the main criticism of Shouoto's work was basically about the big difference in the quality of her art and her actual stories.
.... I finally get it.
I'm not a big advocate of moe!moe!-artstyles, but I certainly appreciated the characters' looks more than I did their personalities. It was just plain boring, even though the concept itself wasn't too bad for a Shoujo.
(The second one was worse than the first, further reinforcing what the OP claimed; namely that Shouoto can't carry her series'.)

I mean whaat is with this manga. I mean I love romantic and shojo manga but this thing right here its way to much. Otherwise it's good drawn manga actually great but c'mon there are like 3 or 4 guys and they have like the most crazy ways of showing up. One guy(this one I love the most) falls from a tree-from a f****** tree I mean LOL ROFL etc. Than the other one is magician and the other one drives with a helicopter etc. And guess what that poor little typical shojo girl has to date all 3/4(can't remember exactly how many guys are there) of them otherwise she'll be cursed. Mhm like she does not have enough problems with being invisible.

I have to say, I thought at first that this was some odd spirit girl thing, but she's not. And then these guys (who look good to me) show up and ask "Will you be my woman." I'm all like 'Okay, this just got fun.

This was kind of so-so. A romance with four super famous, rich guys pining over a girl who is unable to be seen by other people for some reason. It is good light read, but there really is not anything spectacular about it. I will keep reading just because this is a pretty short story.

Although the caracters look nice, i think tht it's too much like Kiss from the Rose Princess(another manga series written by Aya Shouto), also plot is quite random.
