This book tells you that stressing about money can impact your health. There is a little bit of information you might not have heard before, such as it being important to be happy with yourself. It was well put together and the ideas were sound, but it really wasn't much more than a pamphlet. It's the kind of thing you might get for someone that needs help, and hope they actually open it. It's a good primer, and covers all the basics, I was just hoping for something a little more in-depth. I do feel more determined to make some financial changes in my life after reading it. I do need to disclose that I got this book for free from Goodread's First Reads.
