She's had it with immature boys. So when she runs into Max (literally), it somehow seems fated. But surely a sophisticated, Armani-wearing sex-god such as Max couldn't ever be interested in her? But Max is intersted. And he's everthing a girl could want in a man-gorgeous-loo great clothes, glamorous job, rich...Oh, andolder. Problem is, just how much older? And what are Flora's parents going to say...?

Mr Perfect is written from the point of view of Flora, a teenager, and the attitudes and language of Flora are brilliantly written.
