New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Heather Graham majored in theater arts at the University of South Florida. After a stint of several years in dinner theater, back-up vocals, and bartending, she stayed home after the birth of her third child and began to write, working on short horror stories and romances. After some trial and error, she sold her first book, WHEN NEXT WE LOVE, in 1982 and since then, she has written over one hundred novels and novellas including category, romantic suspense, historical romance, vampire fiction, time travel, occult, and Christmas holiday fare. She wrote the launch books for the Dell's Ecstasy Supreme line, Silhouette's Shadows, and for Harlequin's mainstream fiction imprint, Mira Books.

Heather was a founding member of the Florida Romance Writers chapter of RWA and, since 1999, has hosted the Romantic Times Vampire Ball, with all revenues going directly to children's charity.

Tedious, burn after reading kind of book.

No 27 month old child can be described in such adult terms as 'her companion, critic, and friend' and not just due to the child's limitation in vocabulary. ' This is not the sole disconnect. The 22 year old h is in love with a 29 year old actor who had an 'understanding' with an actress. The H is betrayed by the actress and the h consoles him and he goes to sleep on her proclaiming his love for the actress. The h leaves. Fast forward 3 years, the h is a theatre artiste/single mom and the H now a Hollywood hero has been roped in for a spot. The H proposes but the h still doesn't mention her son by him. She goes on and on about being married for the sake of a child when he has already proposed and she has accepted! A plot hole so big the center doesn't hold.

Awesome

Loved this book ! A good love story...characters were all mesh together like a family.. .I've read many Heather Graham books but this was the 1st romance one....she does not disappoint.. Definitely recommend this one..you will cry & laugh... Lol..that is what life & love is about.
