I wasn't sure whether to give this 3 or 4 stars, as 3 and a half is about right. Its a good read, an easy read and the plot while weaving an intricate web is not over-complicated. A lot of the characterisation is through dialogue, but we get a very good view of the kind of person Sophie is - fun with her friends, catty with her rivals, and a heart of gold towards kids. The love story aspect is very well done and the name Adam Attenborough is a great alliterative name for the main character. Jazz's role is another good plot device and advances the story well, as well as allowing it to be brought to a conclusion.

There are some serious grammatical issues from time to time, though when they are sorted out the book will hang together even more coherently and professionally.

I certainly didn't feel I wasted two hours reading it. It was an enjoyable read.

I enjoyed this book. The characters were fun and interesting. I wanted to know what was going to happen to all of the characters, which for me is the singlemost important thing for a work of fiction. I couldn't guess what was going to happen next. Some of the characters left me wanting a little more but only because we really don't get to know a lot about them. Overall I think the story was imaginative and fun, and even though there are suspenseful and romantic edges to this story, it is something that could be enjoyed by YA readers.

Loved it so much, one of my fave books. If only it was in bookstores instead of just Amazon!
