Goldendoodles

Rate this book
The beautiful Golden Doodle is a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle. First bred less than two decades ago, these now-popular dogs make great household companions. The titles in Barron's Complete Pet Owner's Manuals series make great introductions to the pleasures and duties of pet ownership for inexperienced and soon-to-be pet owners, as well as for older children having their first experiences with pet care. Attractively illustrated and filled with helpful information, these books advise on purchasing, housing, feeding, health care--and where applicable, grooming and training pets. Each book is individually written by an expert--a trainer, breeder, veterinarian, or other animal specialist. Barron's Complete Pet Owner's Manuals cover every popular dog and cat breed, as well as bird varieties, hamsters and other small caged animals, fish varieties for aquarium hobbyists, terrarium pets, and even exotics, such as reptiles, amphibians, and scorpions. All books have 70 or more color photos plus instructive line art.

This book was awesome for anyone getting a goldendoodle puppy. This is the second manual I've read and by far, the best. It's only 95 pages, but it is comprehensive and easy to read. It discusses health and diseases, what to do when your puppy first comes home, training, and caring for your goldendoodle as they become aging in addition to the typical information all about goldendoodles. I borrowed the book from the library, but I am going to purchase it as a reference book for our home. It exceeded my expectations, and I learned a lot of new information.
