The manual is good for both graduate and undergraduate levelss. Dr. Yahya is an American Arab scholar in educational Administration and social sciences. He resides in Michigan. Dr. Yahya authored tens of books and hundreds of articles in almost all fields, in both Arabic and English languages. He has four children and ten grandchildren.
